Pastoral leadership apprenticeships will be available to all third and fourth year students.
Pastoral Counseling This track is designed for students who have a specific passion to give themselves to Biblical Counseling. It includes specialized courses such as Introduction to Counseling, Counseling Techniques, and Advanced Counseling. It also provides a solid base of Biblical understanding. A relevant ministry apprenticeship will also be made available to third and fourth year students.
Youth Ministry This track will add several features to the Pastoral Leadership track designed specifically for those training to be youth pastors. These will include youth ministry courses such as Youth Issues, Youth Ministry Administration, etc. Youth ministry apprenticeships will also be available.
Worship This track is for those who are not pursuing a church music degree but still want to include some of the courses from the worship programs into their church ministry program. Most of the worship course choices can be “tailor-made” to the student's aptitudes & interests.
Biblical Studies Some students have a particular passion to study and handle God’s Word. Those who feel called to a “Word ministry” will be interested in this track. There will be plenty of room available for systematic Biblical studies and the development of expository skills. Studying a Biblical language is an option for this track.
Missions This track is designed for students who are serious in their pursuit of training for missionary or local cross-cultural ministry. One of its strengths is the opportunity for involvement in various ethnic ministries. A missionary apprenticeship may be available for upperclassmen in this emphasis.
General Studies Students not wanting to not be locked into a specific track or those who have an interest in more than one of them will find this track suitable. Its requirements are relevant to a broad range of life & ministry directions. There is also more flexibility to combine elements of other emphases.
Church Leadership This is a highly flexible 2 year Associate Degree program intended for someone who has already had significant ministerial involvement. The Dean will assist the student to design a program that will fit the student's ministry focus.
Christian Humanities
This program is designed for the student who plans to transfer on to another college or university. It focuses on building a Biblical foundation, teaching some of the “worldview” type courses from a Biblical perspective. The goal is to equip the student to be able to share their faith in more secular settings.
Worship Ministry/Worship Pastor This track is for the student who has a vision to serve in a local church in worship ministry. The two-year program is designed to prepare the student to be involved in worship ministry on a lay-level. The four-year program will prepare a worship pastor to build a worship department by using a variety of skills. These skills would include pastoral leadership, team building and administration, solid Bible knowledge of worship and a broad knowledge of music, rhythm instruments and worship leading.
Worship Leader This track is for the student who has a passion and desire to be a worshipper and to lead people in worship. The student will be taught all the basics in order to become a successful worship leader with any size of group. Courses will include an emphasis on Christian character as well as practical vocal training, being equipped to lead and rehearse a worship band, reading lead sheets and entry level piano. This student would be well equipped by taking the two-year worship leader program.

The student will receive teaching on basic character and ministry development, core Bible classes and practical classes that will help to develop a high level of skill on their instrument individually and within a band.
